Returns Procedure

Aruna Blu LTD trading as Blu Crystal will refund or exchange footwear or bag purchases bought from our online web boutique or through our events once we are in receipt of the unworn returned item. This must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of receiving your goods, with all the original packaging and enclosed return slip. If an alternative size is required, please call us to reserve a new pair. These will be sent to you once your original shoes have been received in resalable condition.

It is entirely up to you how you return your order. However, we recommend that you insure your parcel as we will not credit for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

Aruna Blu LTD trading as Blu Crystal will not offer a refund on sale products; however, they will offer an exchange or credit note.

Aruna Blu LTD trading as Blu Crystal will not refund postage.

If on rare occasions shoes are confirmed to be faulty by Aruna Seth Shoes LTD, only then can a standard postage rate be reimbursed. The standard postage rate is the same amount or lower charged on first shipping to the client.

For overseas returns please email info@blucrystal.com for a returns number. shoes will not be accepted without a returns number. please note that packages will not be accepted for exchange/refund without this.
